Having gone blind at the age of 19, life has not always been easy for me, but in the midst of many challenges and setbacks down through the years, with God at the core of my being I have been able to get through with a smile on my face and joy in my heart. In these pages, my book, CD and talks, I therefore hope to be able to share with as many people as possible, some of the valuable lessons that I have learned.
I am married to Sylvia and we have four children and nine grandchildren. I am a keen Aston Villa Football Club supporter and also follow Warwickshire County Cricket Club. I work for Her Majesty's Revenue & Customs (HMRC) in Birmingham and enjoy cinema and theatre trips with my wife. Above everything else however I love Jesus Christ and live my life to serve him and make his wonderful love known to people of all ages and all backgrounds.
